At Little Moles nursery we foster a learning environment from the moment your child arrives. We encourage independence by providing opportunities for children to manage their personal belongings. A consistent daily routine provides children with a sense of security and predictability. Each session includes a review of the displayed visual timetable, which children can refer to throughout the day.

We offer care for children aged 3 and above, operating Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. We participate in the government’s 15 and 30 hours free childcare funding scheme, available from the term following your child’s third birthday. Our capacity is 26 children per session. Sessions outside of the funded hours (9:00 am–12:00 pm or 12:00 pm–3:00 pm) are charged at £5 per hour.

Children eligible for the 30-hour funding can attend a full day from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Prompt collection is essential; late collection will incur a charge of £1.00 per minute. Our Little Moles group benefits from continuous indoor and outdoor provision, learning through play and adult interaction. The curriculum includes exposure to phonics and mathematics, preparing children for their transition to school.

To enrich their learning experience, children have opportunities to participate in a variety of workshops, activities, and sports days. We also organize school trips and provide access to the school library. Our teacher fosters a love of reading and music through regular story times, songs, and dance.
